Returns & Exchanges

At HURLEY Shop, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love curating our collections. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Policy Details

• Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Original shipping fees: Non-refundable
• Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Swimwear from our Swim collection (unless hygiene liner is intact and unworn)
• Items marked as “Final Sale” at time of purchase

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

1. Initiate your return request within 15 days by emailing our Style Squad at [email protected] with:
   • Order number
   • Item name
   • Reason for return
   • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Package your item securely in original packaging if possible

Refund Processing

• Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Notification: Email confirmation when processed

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’re happy to help!

• Follow the same return process, indicating you’d like an exchange
• Specify the replacement item/size in your email
• We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
• For exchanges of higher value, you’ll pay the difference
• For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number
• We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost

International Returns

For our global customers:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
• We cannot refund original customs/duties fees
