International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
At HURLEY Shop, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love curating our collections. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable
- Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Swimwear from our Swim collection (unless hygiene liner is intact and unworn)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at time of purchase
How to Return an Item

Refund Processing
- Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: Email confirmation when processed
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We’re happy to help!
- Follow the same return process, indicating you’d like an exchange
- Specify the replacement item/size in your email
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- For exchanges of higher value, you’ll pay the difference
- For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number
- We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost
International Returns
For our global customers:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund original customs/duties fees
