Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, swimwear (from our Swim collection) must have the hygiene liner intact and unworn to be eligible for return. Final sale items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Initiate your return request within 15 days of delivery by emailing our Style Squad at [email protected] with the information below
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to our fulfillment center at: HURLEY Shop Returns

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or color? We’re happy to help with exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange
- Specify the replacement item/size you prefer in your email
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number
- We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund original customs/duties fees
